Customer in London with Honda Civic with IMA Issue had been to two different companies with within a 14 month period with a requirement to have the battery system issue resolved , paying around £600 for repairs each time, the battery failed within the 6 month warranty period needing further attention, the battery failed shortly after warranty cover had ended. The customer was then told there was an issue with DC-DC converter.
