Very professional, friendly and helpful. Three years ago 2022. I had longstanding issues with the hybrid system of my LEXUS GS 450H and just could not find a competent person to sot it out until I came into contact with Mark from Hybrid Repair Services Ltd. He managed to sort things out and to do what many others in this area failed to do..I am so very pleased with the work he did that has put back my car on the road my car on the road... its been running now problem free since the problem was sorted out some 3YEARS AGO!! i would highly RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND GIVE THEM A 5 STAR RATING!!!

Brilliant service amid a mini crisis.
Mark and Max pulled off a full OEM hybrid battery replacement for my Lexus IS300H in record time. We had a bit of a family travel crisis, so I needed fast action… and they delivered. I called Mark Thursday afternoon and despite being based in Kent, they had the battery sourced and installed by Monday, dodging a thunderstorm in the process. These guys know their stuff. Fast, friendly, professional and highly recommended.

I can't recommend highly enough the work of Mark, and today, his son Max. My Lexus LS600H had been in need of a replacement Hybrid Battery for a while. Rare vehicle, specialist installer needed. Mark fitted the bill, completed the work, at my home, professionally, in a single day, and for the price quoted, with main dealer warranties applying. Very highly recommended. Apparently does all Toyota and Lexus Hybrids and also Porsche Lithium batteries (us folk with Hybrids get chatting). What are you waiting for?

Fantastic customer service; had a silly 'short circuit' issue with our old RX400h - Mark phoned back immediately, talked me through the problem in a clear and sensible manner (just wish I'd contacted him the night before so that i wouldn't worry so much and slept :)) ........a fully recharged 12v battery was refitted and hey ho the 16 year old, 160000 mile beast sprang back into life.......the car obvioulsy needs more use. Mark will be my new go to Lexus repair person.

Mark & son couldn’t have been more effective, obliging or tidier. Weather, off duty & traffic factors across to reach across 2counties the duo arrived on time. The pair worked continuously for a good few hours. Taking away the offending dying well over a decade old battery returning our work horse of a hybrid back to its former glory & more. There are lights on its dash board & cameras now working we never knew existed. It wasn’t expected we ruined the car using remains of the hybrid battery we had. Once a new one was imported we were travelled to. Economy increased, our 8 seater rides on. Thank you.

Honda Jazz Hybrid High Voltage System Diagnostic and Repair
10/10 Responded to me within a few hours of sending the email. Came out and established that the battery in my Jazz hybrid was fine but it was simply the battery cooling fan which was a LOT cheaper to replace. He then came back and replaced it. Labour costs very reasonable and very good at responding. I couldn't have wished for a better service.
Outstanding service. From the first initial phone call that I had with Mark, we knew we were speaking to someone who could help right to the end when everything was back up and running. He kept us up to date and informed every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

My first Generation Estima finally stopped working after 6 months of problems. I thought it'd had it. Discovering Mark and Hybrid Repair Service transformed the situation. Mark was a man of his word. After the diagnostic visit he returned to fit a later generation reconditioned hybrid battery he'd built and a new main battery. Replacing the hybrid battery was tricky. Mark showed his considerable engineering skills and worked hard to overcome the difficulties. It was a pleasure to watch him at work. It's now going like a new car.

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Mark at Hybrid Repair Service. Having recently purchased an '05 Prius that had not moved for 4 years and with numerous fault codes relating to the Hybrid battery I researched via Google and luckily found Mark. His reviews were superb and I called him to discuss the situation. Immediately I gained the impression that he had immense knowledge of the High Voltage battery systems used in Hybrid cars and his enthusiasm gave me the confidence to arrange a repair. During my conversation he was confident enough to diagnose and quoted a cost for the repair. He also discussed what other parts of the system might have been affected and the price to replace. He arrived when appointed with everything necessary and rebuilt my battery and also replaced the control unit. My Prius now works perfectly AND I have a 1yr guarantee. When the IMA light came on on my Honda Civic Hybrid I already knew that the hybrid battery was gone.After some intensive Recherche online and by phone I've decided to trust Hybrid Repair Service to fix my car. Mark drove 200 miles to replace my hybrid battery at my place in the Northwest and no other companies could offer that kind of flexibility without asking extra cash in return.
He took his time and completed the job whilst being bombarded by my questions.
As a former mechanic I never hesitate to check on whoever is working on my cars and I was impressed by his knowledge and his level of qualifications.
Now the car drives like if it just left the factory and with the longest warranty you'll find in the country for the battery.
I recommend his services to anyone genuinely interested at fixing their hybrid car properly.

Mark really went above and beyond my expectation with my battery repair, after l got a few warning lights l contacted Mark who provided a Mobile service in which he came to me and he was 2 and half hours away but was still with me 8.30am (WoW).
