Installation of new nickel-plated anti corrosion bus bars where possible and re-installation of the battery pack into your vehicle. Also includes battery cooling system service and testing. Using a state-of-the-art reconditioning equipment with registered software reconditioning is carried out. The process breaks down the dendrites / crystals which form inside the battery which inhibit the modules/cells ability to perform in the way, they once did. Extensive Testing is carried out to identify weak or broken modules within your battery which are then replaced with modules matched to the regained capacity of the reconditioned battery, maintaining balance throughout the pack. This process is suitable for NiMH hybrid vehicle batteries and is only for the battery core/modules and includes a battery report detailing exact battery discharge capacity of each individual module of your entire Hybrid battery. Please note that any faults outside of the battery core would need to be assessed separately. Reconditioning carries a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty.
